HLS GROWTH MINDSET AND INTEGRATIVE LIFESTYLE ACADEMY is thrilled to introduce I- YOUTHS COMMUNITY – a transformative training community designed to inspire and empower young individuals to embark on a journey of self-improvement, character building, and social impact.
In today’s society, our youths face significant challenges and are often unprepared to meet the demands of adulthood.
Formal education focuses on academics, and spiritual institutions primarily address spiritual development, but there is a gap when it comes to equipping our youths with essential life skills.
This gap has left many young people without the tools to build strong relationships, manage their finances, make healthy lifestyle choices, and develop positive, growth-oriented mindsets .
Our I- YOUTHS COMMUNITY aims to fill this void by providing:
Growth mindset training to cultivate a resilient and positive outlook.
Life skills and relationship training to reduce the rising rate of relationship breakdowns and instill strong, healthy social values.
Financial management insights to empower youths to make responsible financial choices.
Health and wellness education to guide them in making choices that protect their physical and emotional health.

At HLS, we envision a generation of Nigerian youths who are assets to themselves, their families, and society.

The training programmes is led by our esteemed consultant, Dr. Ifeyinwa Nwakwesi, who brings her vast experience in health and personal development.
